My fingers are blazing through PowerPoint. In just 3 weeks, I'll be presenting at the Alliance of International Aromatherapists (AIA) biannual conference. I'm honored to be in the company of the best educators and clinicians in North America and Europe, exchanging ideas and catching up on the latest developments in the ever-expanding world of aromatherapy.

Many of the aromatherapists who've trained in the last decade have very solid foundational and clinical skills and wish to expand into other facets of aromatherapy, taking their practice to the next level. My lecture is intended to help them think out of box and begin to develop a more holistic and holographic portrait of the clients they serve. i'll be speaking on The Fifth Element: Aromatherapy & the Etheric Temperament, expounding on what we already know about essential oils and the traditional Galenic temperaments, and introducing an element that Western healing barely acknowledges and seldom mentions: the mysterious ether. Attendees will learn about manifestations of the etheric characterology, as well as a few specific oils that are helpful in balancing this very complex temperament.

If you don't have the time, inclination or funds to attend the full conference, single lecture or single day packages are available... just contact AIA. And if you can't make it to St. Petersburg, in a few months you'll be able to purchase a CD of my presentation from AIA for a nominal fee.

I'm looking foward to meeting up with old friends and making some new ones in Florida. Hope to see you there!
